Among his culinary achievements, Chef Vollkommer has
participated in the 2000 Culinary Olympics in Germany,
Hotelympia in England and The U.S. Pastry Competition.

Chef Kehn graduated from Paul Smith’s College in 2005 with his Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Culinary Arts and Service Management. The Albany native began with Mazzone Management Group at The Lodge Restaurant in Saratoga for one summer season. After graduating, he took a more permanent position upon the opening of Angelo’s 677 Prime.
One of his favorite achievements was winning the Gold Medal at the 2007 Culinary Cornucopia competition as well as the People’s Choice Award. |
